Felt pretty solid on the workout this morning which I was kind of surprised about given how poorly I slept last night. Tried to keep it relaxed on the first 2 mile and just wanted to negative split. The second 2 mile we got out really fast on the first 400 then settled a bit. The first 400 of the 2nd mile of the second interval we slowed down significantly, so I put in a really hard move to pick up the pace and ran a 72 for that 400. Felt really good to be able to change gears so fast on the grass like that. The track stuff felt pretty meh but it was on the track so still was able to run the times I wanted without too much trouble.

Good workout, excited to see what the squad can do this Saturday!
