7x1200m at 8k-5k pace w/ 800m recovery jog
Splits: 3:50, 3:50, 3:47, 3:43, 3:42, 3:44, 3:42
Pretty good workout this morning but not quite as quick as the miles last week. Wasn't really feeling super tired, I just didn't feel like I needed to push to the level necessary to get down into the 3:30's. Ran with Tyson and Will the first few then Tyson dropped out and I started gapping Will a few seconds on the last few. We didn't change into spikes on this workout otherwise we probably would have been able to get down sub 3:40 a little easier. Didn't feel like it took too much out of me, should be recovered and ready to race by Saturday
