6 x 1k at half marathon pace w/ 200m jog

Met the Runablaze squad for this one, they were doing 8x3:00 w/ 1:00 jog at a little faster than me. Ran the first 2 kinda with / behind them and really didn't feel very good. Things got better as the workout went though and I was able to pick up the pace a bit the 2nd half. Achilles was a little sore from PT last night but when running it felt good
