3x1200, 1x1k, 3:00 rec jog

Blah. Prescribed workout was 3x1200,3x1k. Was feeling great after the first 1k and ready to try to blast the last two in the low 2:50s. My left adductor was a bit sore on the 12's and the first K but not painful. As soon as I began the second K though I was basically unable to run normally due to the pain and I was forced to stop. Weird and frustrating. Massage tomorrow and PT on Thursday to get myself as right as possible before 5k Friday
