Misread the workout in TP and accidentally did this instead, was supposed to be 3x2+1, so I gave up 2:00 of rest for the session but oh well, what I did was a more difficult workout so we'll take that as a positive I guess.
Broke out the new Streak 6 flats and felt really good in this though. The first 3 miles I was just cruising and they didn't feel hard at all. The second 3 miles got a little tough in the final mile, but not ridiculously so. And the 5:06 did not feel like it was that fast, which is very encouraging after my 8k and 10k races recently. This gives me some good confidence heading into the Bix on Saturday
