By far the best I've felt and the fastest paces I've done for this miles w/ 1:00 rest workout since coming back from injury, most amount of reps too. I the first 4 reps felt really easy, and I had to keep an eye on my pace to be sure I kept things under control since 7 is a lot of reps, and the last time I did this workout I was running in the 5:20s and had to cut the last rep short. Just felt like I was getting stronger as the workout went along and am really happy I was able to work the splits down the last couple. The 5th rep I had a watch issue where I accidentally stopped it instead of lapping, took me about 30 seconds before I looked at my watch a realized it, so that rep was about 1.1 miles. Feels really good to see some obvious progress on this workout. Ran in the Streak 6, I'm trying to avoid using the vaporflys in workouts for a while, even though its very tempting lol
