40 minute steady state on the course. Ran with Will for the first 5ish miles, his watch was consistently splitting the miles ~5 sec sooner than mine so idk what was up with that. Progressed nicely throughout the whole thing and at no point did I really feel like I was pushing the effort. Definitely a solid longer effort on the grass which is something I think will really benefit us come the end of the year. Time to rest up and get ready to race Friday
