10x Minute hard/easy fartlek

Wanted to keep it lighter than last week's fartlek with bix this weekend so I cut the reps, tried not to push the pace, and didn't do the hills on the course this time. Definitely felt much more relaxed and easy running the hard paces this week even though my body was feeling a bit tired going in. It didn't feel great but I'm satisfied with it. Might double later.. might not. Well see if I feel like it after work
