Plugged 15:30 5k into McMillan and it gave me 5:30- 5:44 for this. Just wanted to keep it feeling relaxed and in that range. Got out right at 5:30 which was a little quicker than I wanted but just tried to lock it in there. Normally I would try to cut down as the workout goes but today I just wanted to make it feel as controlled as I could and just keep the pace steady. I felt very chill for most of this and was definitely holding back a bit in the later stages. My avg HR was 175 which I was actually kinda surprised by, based on how I felt I figured it'd have been lower. Pretty decent for first non-interval workout back. Clive Running Fest 5k this weekend, hoping I can just run sub 15:30
