Ran 8:48 for 4th place in a 21 man field. K splits were 3:01, 2:52, 2:55. I was in last at about 600m about 50m off Will and the leaders and worked my way up, went through the mile in 4:44 and was on wills heels off the back of the lead pack by 1800m. I wasted a lot of energy maneuvering to move up past that many guys so I didn't really have anything when they moved with 600ish to go but I'm happy with it. Moving in the right direction. I think my last 1600 was about 4:36
