6 x 3:00 w/ 2:00 jog
Was on the treadmill this morning with the winter storm that rolled through over night. Ended up having about :15 of standing in between all the pace changes to let the treadmill change speed so rest was about 2:00 jog and :30 standing between each rep.
Started the first rep at 11.9 mph (5:02 pace) and it felt okay. Picked it up to 12.0 mph (5:00 pace) the second rep and that was hard. Went back to 11.9 for the 3rd rep and the last minute of that rep was a bitch. So ran the last 3 reps at 11.8 mph (5:05 pace). Idk what it is but for doing sustained efforts the treadmill just feels so much harder for me. Oh well, glad I got the work in and glad I have access to solid treadmills for getting in workouts when its shitty outside
