This was absolutely awful. Up at Clear Lake and from the moment I woke up this morning I knew this wouldn't go well, just felt dead. And to add to that it was in the 80s plus super humid. Just had nothing in my legs this morning. The effort was definitely there, paces were not though. Ran in my Adidas Bostons again and glute felt fine so that was encouraging
