Really good workout on the Monument Creek path trail in Colorado Springs this morning. Knew it was going to be a little slower because of being at altitude but just took that into account and tried to measure my effort appropriately. Started out with Will but he was having a rough time so I was solo from about 2 miles of the MP portion and on. Happy with my splits and the way I was able to lock in and run a solid pace even with being at 6000ft of elevation
