Ended up cutting the last rep at a half mile because I could tell it probably wasn't going to end well. I felt pretty garbage on the WU, but was pleasantly surprised at how things were going the first couple reps. I didn't feel good at all but was able to keep the pace in the low 5:20s without much issue. The 4th and 5th reps were pretty difficult, and I debated stopping after the 5th but decided I could suck it up for 5ish more minutes. Lol about a minute into the 6th I could tell I was fried, just got to a half mile and called it there. It was about 60 degrees this morning, but suuuuper humid. I think that humidity probably had something to do with how difficult this was. Still a long ways to go to get back to respectable fitness
