I'm satisfied with this workout. Ran it with AJ on the top part of the XC course just going continuous on the mile loop and using GPS for distance. Hadn't ran this fast for this long of intervals (other than on the track) for a while so I just wanted to keep the pace steady rather than progress like I would usually try to do. It was a good morning effort. I am definitely lacking in the speed department though, which is fine for right now.
