4x400m w/ 400m recovery jog: 70, 70, 70, 68
Ran this workout in Lied.. including the wu and cd... 15 miles on an indoor track is kind of mind-numbing. Pretty happy with how this went though. On the 1000's I didn't really feel like I was working super hard, but if I tried to run any faster I think it could've gotten ugly. The 400's my lack of speed really showed but I just tried to relax and hit 70's and I was able to get that done. Given this is my first workout in months and that I know how much hard training is still to come, I'm happy with this
