Prescribed goal pace for these was 3k, so I thought about 70s or 8:45 pace would be about right. The first rep I went through 200 in 32-high, then backed off wayyyy too much the second 200 for almost a 72 hah. Did a good job of finding the pace after that one though and was right on about 69 seconds for most of the rest of the way. Didn't feel all that great on the WU or strides and didn't think this would go all that well, but I managed running the goal pace just fine and felt pretty good once I got rolling. I definitely could have done another set, but I'm glad I didn't have to
