Prescribed workout was 4x200 @ mile pace with 200 jog + 5x1-mile Cruise Intervals with 1:00 rest + 4x30-second Hills

The hills were the kicker on this workout. It rained all night and was wet and cold outside, but was still planning to go outside for the workout. I was going to use Waterworks for the 200s and miles then jog over to 31st St through the back of WW to get to the hill, but I realized this morning that the trail to get there would be a mud pit so that wouldn't work. Really didn't want to but I decided to go to the gym and hit the treadmill so I could use the treadmill incline for the hills.

The WU and 200s felt fine and I wasn't concerned about not finishing at all. About halfway through the 1st mile though I felt like I was working way too hard and was unsure how the rest would go. Got going into the 2nd mile and was just working way too hard so ended it there. I'm still far enough away from racing that an occasional DNF workout shouldn't hurt me

I think the main issue was the temps in the gym. I was I felt pretty warm and was covered in sweat and my singlet soaked after the 1st mile rep. Probably am just acclimated to the cooler weather and my body did not like trying to do a speed workout in indoor temps in the upper 60s
