Super nice morning for a workout in the low 60s and a light wind. Workout wasn't too bad, didn't feel very good but that's just been typical for the shorter and faster reps lately. Way better than last time I did 400s when I only finished 8 reps. There was a pretty good headwind on the back stretch and I really had to focus on not letting up the pace into it. Idk, not a whole lot more to say I guess. It was tough but the reps were short and the workout went by pretty quick
