Moved this workout up a day bc I like lifting on workout days and its easier for me to lift tonight than it'll be tomorrow night. Was hoping to run 5:20-ish for the 1st 10 minutes and hit that right on. Was pretty much right where I wanted to be on the 8:00 too and was feeling really good. Then realized the reason the 1st couple hards felt so good were from the wind at my back pretty much the whole way lol. The 6:00 was tough as it started straight into the wind for the first couple mins, after hitting the mile in 5:02 I was really working hard to maintain the pace the last minute. The 4:00 was tough but didn't have too much headwind so I thought it felt easier than the 6'er did. The 2 was straight into the wind so it was a grind but only 2 mins so it was over fast

For first workout post Indy I thought this was a really good Even Steven. Gotta be pretty close to the best Even Steven I've done too, I've probably finished the 2 min faster, but the rest are probably on par with my best. Took a Maurten caffeine gel after the 8 and it settled fine
