Yuuuuumid out this morning, shorts were soaked about halfway through. This was tough but really happy with how it went. Did this at Valley's track. The first set of 200s felt kinda awkward with running that fast, but felt nice once the K's started to run a bit slower. The K's were hard, and I kinda pushed it a bit too much on the 3rd rep with that 3:02 and that made the last couple harder, really tried to pull back the pace on the 4th so I could finish strong. I thought about scrapping the last set of 200s, but sucked it up and got them done. They didn't feel good but were over quick. It got a bit windy towards the end on the track but wasn't too bad thankfully.
To stay consistent on starting points for reps, I switched the rest from 3:00 jog to 600m jog. In the early reps the rest was a bit over 3:00, but by the last few 1k's it was approaching 4:00, I was putzing lol
Ran the first half of the workout reverse on the track, second half regular direction. The K's were about 10 seconds faster on average today than when I did 6×K a few weeks ago. Fitness is coming around!
