Solid workout this morning. Met up with Josh at 6am at DMU and we warmed up to Grays Lake for some loops. My initial plan was to keep this in the 5:50s, but the first mile in 5:48 felt really easy so I just kept the pace up. With about 2 miles to go I realized I could hit 7 miles in the 40 minutes, so I picked it up a bit and successfully hit the 7 miles split in 39:58. Beautiful morning for a run and a really good effort.
