Easy RRP recovery miles. Felt pretty tired but the pace was actually decently quick compared to what I have been running recovery runs at. HR was super low too. Been putting a blister pad and taping my big toe the last couple days and that has really helped the blister not affect my running. Fingers crossed once I get it healed I can stop taping it and the blister won't come back
