6xMile at 10k pace with 3:00 Recovery Jog (last two in spikes)
Spits: 5:10, 5:09, 5:05, 5:02, 4:57, 4:51
Another solid workout. Knew it was gonna be kinda tough since 10k pace is fast as fuck, we got out well on the first one and it honestly felt terrible. Halfway through the first rep I was thinking I was about to have a rough day. That wasn't the case though, every rep I just tried to run hard and fast the first half, then just tried to be strong and tough mentally and physically on the second half. That worked out pretty well, I'm really happy with being able to close 4:57-4:51. Excited to go to battle Friday and hopefully come away sub-24:30
