Super nice this morning with temps in the lower 60s. Felt decent. I did RRP loops and it seems like I have a hard time keeping my HR down when doing RRP loops, or maybe I'm just not very fit right now lol. We'll see if that trend continues as I get continue getting back into shape. I finished with 2 x : 20, 2 :x :30, 2 x :20 strides and those felt solid
