Solid workout this morning in Lied with Will since it was cold and rainy outside. The first 2 two mile reps felt like we were walking. Didn't really intend to run so fast on the last one but we got out quick and just kept it rolling, it didnt get hard until about the last 2 minutes. Solid effort.
