Pretty frustrating run, cut it short from 9 to 6. Got a massage with Jake yesterday and he worked my right side really good as my hamstring, glute, and back were all super tight. They all felt much better on this run than they did yesterday but definitely still far from 100%. After my cadence was so awfully low yesterday (163) I was really focusing on trying to keep it up more towards my usual 170 but I was having a hard time keeping it up, ended up being 167 for this run. The hammy/glute isn't really painful, just kind of uncomfortable. Similar to the left glute thing I had leading up to CIM, but this one isn't as bad.

The last week has been weird. Last Thursday I tweaked my left glute/lower back lifting and that was pretty sore all weekend. Monday everything was fine. Then Tuesday when I woke up my right hamstring was randomly really tight, but it didn't really bother me on Tuesday's run. Then the workout Wednesday just aggravated it all and the glute started feeling uncomfortable too and its been like that since. Seems like I can't catch a break lately, it's always something new popping up

Going to take at least the weekend off, and I have an appointment with Cindy McGuire Monday morning to hopefully get her perspective on what the deal is.
