Solid workout on the outdoor track with Will, he led reps 1 and 3, I led reps 2 and 4. Felt in control the entire time and while we ended up finishing pretty quick, I didn't feel like it was a 4:43 effort. Which is definitely a good thing. We haven't been on the outdoor track all year, so the laps definitely felt really long but that's to be expected after being in Lied all winter.
Next hard effort is Boston, excited.
