Solo LR early before mass up in Clear Lake. Beautiful morning for a run, and there was a light sprinkle of rain at the start while the sun was rising which made for an incredible rainbow over the whole lake. Felt pretty decent after yesterday, just locked in on 6:50s and the miles just ticked away. Good long run
