Solo Monday jogging + 6 x 15 second hill strides. Felt decent on the run, not great but not bad either. Hill strides my form felt good and strong but I didn't feel like I was going very quick on them. Glute and everything felt fine. Had an appt with Cindy after and she worked some good knots
