Super 7 Day 3. Date night at Planet Fitness because Sharon has the black card. I almost always do this workout at home with what I have, like 5 lb. dumbbells. At the gym, I used the 10 lb. kettle bell for the swings & 10 lb. dumbbells for the curls & side bends.

It's a "red" day on Whoop with HRV down to 22! Had a couple of beers after my run last night, and I wonder if that had something to do with it. Whoop gave this workout a 4.5 Strain Score.
