3 min. run/1 min. walk with 10 press-ups before & after as per PT & removed one interval from last run because the pain lingered longer after than it should, so this time x 6 for 18 min. of running. Struggling with running specific detraining. Also noting that Galloway was on to something when he said your running pace is faster when you do the run/walk intervals. These 3-min running intervals were sub-10 which is unusual for an easy run. Effort kept increasing each time & now I see HR matches that, hit max on the last one. Hip flexor was painful on the last few. Whoop gave this a 8.2 Strain Score.

A few hours later...pain subsided much quicker this time!
