Still waiting for the ANA test results to find out if I have lupus. HRV Elite shows 54 with meter green/7 but still on the sympathetic side. Whoop is in the red & says HRV is 32.
Almost cried when I realized that my foot is fine and yeah, my body is one big itch but I need to run! The spot on my foot started out tender but then after about half a mile, it warmed up & loosened up so I kept going. Covered with sunscreen and wore a hat in case the UV light is what caused the flare up.
