Of course the wind died down after my bike ride! Put the inserts in my trail shoes and very happy no heel pain the last few days! Found where Sharon was walking Maddie in the desert, ran a little with Maddie, then turned off my Garmin and walked home with them.
In hindsight, scrambling around up and down the arroyos to stay out of the mud wasn't such a good idea. My foot was very unhappy this morning so no running for me today, and I took 800mg of ibu with breakfast.
