My turn to host and otherwise I probably wouldn't have run. One of our group suggested that maybe I should take a complete break from running for a while. I said that sometimes my PF flares up at work, not from running, and running is part of my identity, so I don't see that happening. Stretched afterwards. Later heel hurt so I took ibu and iced it at 1:30 p.m. for 15 min. Later in the afternoon, my heel pain went away!
