Whoop said it was a "red" recovery day with HRV down to 42 (although in my weekly performance assessment from last week it said I "nearly had optimal training" based on the combination of strain & recovery it measured. My HRV, compared to men 50 & older, is about 82% higher than average.
It gave this run a 12.3 Strain Score. Plan was 12 x 45 sec. hill sprints with jog down. Couldn't see my watch so just guessed. Very pleased with the turnover but the hills weren't very steep! Accidentally cut the CD a little short. What a moon!
