Easy Run w/ Hill Sprints (5 x 15 sec. with walk-down recoveries)
Note to Coach: Don't do this route much because of noise from I-25 but that's what headphones are for, right? I mean, I never use them on trails because it keeps me from being present in nature. I gave the run a high perceived effort because of those sprints. According to Whoop, the training process is really coming together, "primed to perform" with HRV of 126. It gave this run a 13.0 Strain Score. I feel confident that I can run well Saturday!
