Get Trotting Virtual 5k (team Get Running)/ Couldn't hold a steady pace after that nice downhill ran out about halfway through! I just smiled & told myself, "Push it when you can and recover when you can't." According to Whoop, I hit max HR of 177 and spent 9 minutes of anaerobic training at 90-100% of my max HR.
