Loop 1 unplugged, getting my body into a rhythm of its own before starting up the tunes. Practiced eating gels on the go which isn't easy, esp. with the thicker texture. My tendency is to stop or do it while walking, not running. Maurten caf 100 at mile 3, then regular Maurtens at mile 7 & 11. Just water the first 20 oz bottle then I mixed up Skratch here in the courtyard before the next 2 loops.
