Watch died, I slipped & tripped but it was still a good run! Fueling/hydration notes to self: HS energy chews seem to work best compared to gels & went through about half a package of a fruit smoothie package today. The variety is nice & I can suck on them a long time. Also ate a Chocolate Vanilla waffle early on because it was already getting gooey. Ran out of water & Skratch so need to take a larger handheld with Skratch inside CamelBak pocket. Watch should be fine if I remember to charge it the night before.
Drinking a beer now instead of yesterday! Whoop says recovery was excellent this morning at 92% with HRV up to 91. It gave this run a 19.5 Strain Score.
