with 5 striders-singlet weather so that's what I wore-Whoop says my recovery is still excellent at 86% with HRV at 62 & RHR down to 54. Love pushing myself on the striders & that's when my HR shot up to 171! Whoop gave this run a 12.7 Strain Score (down from 13.5 on the exact same run last week). This makes me happy!
