Found an old workout from '12 & thought it would be a good way to get back into strength training: 1. Seated Chest Press (weight unknown-wasn't marked on machine but this is a gym run by the city & the only one I can use when Sharon's out of town). 2. Wide Grip Pulldown (40 lbs.). 3. Seated Back Extension (weight unk.). 4. Seated Shoulder Press with Dumbbells (8 lbs. in each hand). 5. Concentration Curl with Twist with Dumbbells (8 lbs). 6. V-Bar Pushdown (60 lbs.), all 2 x 10. Whoop gave this a 4.1 Strain Score.
