Strength training for stability.

At the hotel gym in Ft. Stockton, on the road to the Texas Tough Duathlon! Farmer's Walk, Bulgarian Split Squat, Half Kneeling dumbbell overhead press, lateral side lunge & dumbbell row. 20 lb on the Farmer's Walk & 15 on everything else. Low strain on Whoop because it wasn't cardio, which is exactly why I did it.
