I didn't have a specific distance in mind and wanted to see how far I could run pain-free. It was painful walking down stairs earlier in the week but that was gone today. I checked my watch when I noticed my right AT was getting tight and had a low-level ache, and since it was about a mile, I stopped. A week ago I kept going and ended up with the sharp pain higher up in my calf and didn't want a repeat.
