This morning, HRV was 57 with meter green/7. Weekly CV 9% so that's awesome!
Very pleased with how this went! Listening to my iPod during WU & CD but took out the earbuds during the fartlek to focus on effort. Average pace on the faster bits was 7:25.7 and this is a little faster than the last time I did this workout in September! Cooler weather helped, I'm sure.
