On the trails at A Mt. where my event is next month. It was nice to get back into a longer run where I could use the Maurten gels every 40-45 min. Didn't use any gels in last Sat's 8 miler. Felt very well fueled! Whoop says recovery is good with HRV at 43 & RHR at 56. It gave this run a 16.4 Strain Score.
