Test run/walk-success! My core/glutes feel much stronger and I made sure to engage it during the running intervals. I thought of a wheelbarrow, something a running friend mentioned once about form, tilting the pelvis forward while engaging the glutes. The knee was just a little uncomfortable on a couple of the running intervals. Brain chemicals making me insanely happy!
I picked the flattest route in the neighborhood I could because stairs have been a problem, and I think that helped. So I'll be sure to remember that as I try a return to running the next day or two.
