Notes
Started out with the group but they weren't going very far. It was fun when I started mile 3 to pace myself with Beth. She was running on a dirt path parallel to the road I was on & I started pulling ahead. She's a strong runner and we had just talked about how the heat was rough. Temps in the morning would have been better but don't see how I would have enough time before work for this run! Loose dogs also interrupted my momentum. Hit max HR during mile 4 and then just called it at the turnaround.
Waking: Whoop said it was a "yellow" normal recovery day with HRV at 50. Like I told Brad on Strava, it gave this run a 16.9/21 Strain Score and they can't all be good runs! Whoop also says, "Serious Cardio. This day was more strenuous than 96% of all days across Whoop athletes." That's pretty amazing when you consider some of the athletes who use it like Lawson Craddock, Tour de France cyclist!
