HRV using the Polar strap in the morning was really good, 62 or 9/10 on the Elite HRV scale. Ready or not, Denver, here I come. Peek into the pain cave. It's gonna be tough mentally. Near the end of this ride, it was getting hot, my left foot was very uncomfortable, I wanted some electrolytes and all I had was water, etc. But like running an ultra, there's something about going longer than ever before!
