HRV meter green/10. HR went as low as 35.9. Weekly CV is 7.1%!
At a Professional Development meeting this afternoon during a break, Aggie Fit was there with their Ironman Tanita scale, the same one I used about a year ago like the reading in March. Muscle mass is up to 141.6, bone mass now is 7.4. BMR is up to 1906! Coach says "everything points to solid progression where your body is becoming more efficient! Awesome."
